Jet ejectors / vacuum technology
Körting jet ejectors
Jet ejectors are used to generate a vacuum, to compress or mix gases, to convey or mix liquids, to transport granular solids. Körting ejectors can be utilised in numerous ranges of application. Each ejector is customised for the different application fields and its specific use. Körting can look back on many decades of comprehensive experience in designing, constructing and manufacturing of ejectors for various processes and applications.
Körting surface condensers
In surface condensers there is no direct contact between the vapours to be condensed and the cooling water. The condensation heat is removed via the heat-conducting walls. Surface condensers are the first choice for process engineering solutions, where the cooling water must not be mixed with the condensate. The separation of the two media ensures environment-friendly operation. Körting condensers can be manufactured and delivered in all conceivable sizes and in many different materials.
Liquid jet mixing nozzles as tank mixing systems
Körting liquid jet mixing nozzles are the main components of special tank mixing systems which can be applied for continuous as well as discontinuous mixing duties. They can be used as a complete replacement for mechanical agitators and in many cases surpass their mixing results.
• complete mixing of the tank content
• low investment costs
• wear-resistant, long service life
• maintenance free operation
• no sealing problems - no shaft ducts
• no dead zones
